Update Policy

Updates are prioritized when new GTFS feeds, official fare changes, station openings, line extensions, source corrections, or credible user reports are available.

Production builds run validation before publishing so imported network data, station pages, line pages, schedule data, and route calculations remain consistent.

Corrections are reviewed against source data before publication. If a report cannot be verified, the page should keep its current value or describe the limitation rather than adding unsupported content.

The footer exposes the application version. Larger data updates should be documented in release notes, city data-source pages, or update notes when they affect user-facing route behavior.
