How users can report corrections and how KappuMetro reviews them.
Submitting Corrections
Email support@kappumetro.com with the page URL, affected city, station or line, expected value, observed issue, and source evidence if available.
Actionable corrections include broken station links, incorrect line membership, outdated fare status, malformed schedules, and accessibility issues.
Review And Publication
Corrections are checked against source data and regression tests where possible. Accepted fixes are included in a future production update.
