Please include the city, page URL, station or line name, expected value, observed issue, and any official source reference. This lets us verify the report against the repository data before changing a public page.

Actionable reports include incorrect station names, broken links, wrong line membership, stale fare status, malformed schedules, inaccessible UI behavior, and source-data mismatches.

We cannot handle official operator complaints, refunds, lost-property requests, emergency issues, or live disruption reporting. Those should go to the relevant metro operator.
